After last night's attempts at night sky photography, I thought I'd try and get a photo of the nearly full moon. My last attempt was woefully poor, but having researched the camera settings I found the Sunny 16 rule. That is, shutter speed of 1/ISO at f16. So I used a shutter at 1/400s, ISO 400 and f16 on my 200mm zoom lens. This is a crop of the full size image at 100%. Not bad eh?
